CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be rescheduled once within a 24hr notice. Deposits are forfeited if canceled less than 24hrs notice. No shows will be charged 50% of scheduled service. More than 1 no-show will be charged 100% scheduled service and banned from booking. Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in cancellation (15min over).
